1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and mbi888 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the mbi888 website located at https://mbi888.asia and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support channels — you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

• Own Account: You must register and operate the account exclusively in your own name and on your own behalf. Accounts operated on behalf of another person or entity, or used by any person other than the registered account holder, are not permitted.

mbi888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the mbi888 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party;
• Notify mbi888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you have authorised such activity. mbi888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

mbi888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the account has been opened with false information, is being used in breach of these Terms, or poses a regulatory compliance risk.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mbi888 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank), and USDT (TRC-20 network). Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.

• Deposits: Funds deposited to mbi888 are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. mbi888 does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to operational limits. mbi888 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the Platform cashier, which may vary by payment method.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account lawfully registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mbi888 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees and procedures are published in the Platform's FAQ section.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mbi888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published alongside the relevant promotional offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in MYR and may be subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion;
• mbi888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where fraud, technical error, or abuse is suspected;
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other account or person.

Users who are found to have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, or who exploit any loophole, error, or technical fault to gain an undue bonus advantage, will forfeit all associated bonus funds and winnings, and their account may be permanently closed.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential legal action. mbi888 reserves the right to retain funds in an account pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.

8 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mbi888 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of mbi888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mbi888.

11 Amendments

mbi888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the version in force. Earlier versions are archived and available upon written request.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mbi888 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and mbi888, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. mbi888 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration against mbi888.
